The Weld Seam Inspection Ultrasonic AWS Probe & Block is designed for precision inspection of weld integrity in industrial applications.

Primarily used for ultrasonic testing of bevel welds and heat-affected zones in plate thicknesses of 8-200mm (5/16in. - 8in.). Widely applied in non-destructive testing for steel structures, bridges, and shipbuilding to detect cracks, pores, and slag inclusions.

Includes wedges for generating 30° transverse waves and 70° longitudinal waves in steel materials. Features 30-70-70 technology for quantitative crack measurement. Also available with Snail wedges and Serrated wedges for different inspection requirements.
